A seat is a person who can initiate connections, approve timesheets, and manage engagements — read-only browsing needs none, so the Free tier is browse-only. Credits are tier-capped and don't roll over; there is no overage billing. Beyond seats and credits, tiers differ in engagement slots — how many active engagements a company can run at once. The per-seat price falls as you grow.

Why does accepting cost a credit too? Because it makes every connection a deliberate choice on both sides. That's what keeps pitches worth reading — and inboxes quiet.

The receipts

No transaction fees. No percentage of your rate. No payment processing. Ever. If corpn ever charges a take rate, we've broken the thing that makes it work.

Founding members

Founding contractors get Pro free for 12 months (first 50). Founding companies get Team free for 6 months (first 25). Founding-member pricing is grandfathered for life as later cohorts step up. Claim a founding spot.

Common questions

How do payments work?

Directly between you. The company pays the contractor by whatever method the two of you agree on — ACH, wire, invoice from their LLC. Money never passes through corpn, which is why there are no transaction fees.

What does it cost?

Contractors: free to be found, $9/mo (Pro) to respond to outreach and use time-tracking and invoicing. Companies: free to browse, subscriptions from $29/mo to make contact. That’s the entire business model.

What are credits?

A spam brake, not a currency. Starting a conversation costs the initiator a credit, and accepting costs the recipient one — so every connection is a deliberate choice by both sides. They come with subscriptions, can’t be bought separately, and don’t roll over.
